The hotel is a medium category Hilton, with basic amenities like bar, restaurant, gym and sauna (which we didn't use) but nothing more. They have free wi-fi in public areas and the usual extensive Hilton buffet breakfast (it was not included in our room rate but we got a good deal for it at the front desk while checking in). We got a room in the upper floor with a view to Westfield.
King bed, comfortable, coffee/tea machine in room, small bathroom (no Crabtree & Evelyn's La Source amenities, but other brand, not bad). The room used to have a terrace but it's locked now so we weren't able to get out. Unfortunately it was not isolated properly so cold air could get in. And to make matters worse, our heating was not working properly. We didn't realize this until the day of departure, and when we pointed it out to the front desk while checking out they apologized and took off one day of buffet breakfast. This is one thing I'll alaways like of Hilton hotels, they have a great, polite customer service.
We enjoyed our stay at this hotel, it is perfectly connected to the city, there's a bus stop in front of the hotel, the underground and overground a short walk away and Westfield in case you have to go shopping or have dinner in one of its many restaurants, like Wahaca (remember my post on Wahaca?), this is one of their signature dishes, the mole:
